Asian Journal of Applied Economics (AJAE) Accepted for Indexing in Scopus

The Asian Journal of Applied Economics (AJAE) has been accepted for indexing in Scopus, effective 23 May 2026. This marks an important milestone in the journal’s continued efforts to strengthen publication quality, enhance international visibility, and promote high-quality applied economics research at the international level.

Following this acceptance, AJAE will proceed with the necessary steps required for Scopus indexing and will provide further updates once the indexing process begins.

AJAE is an international, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to publishing rigorous applied economics research that applies economic theory, modern empirical methods, and policy-relevant analysis to real-world economic issues. The journal has a primary focus on Asia, emerging economies, and developing countries.

AJAE is published online, operates as an open-access journal, and charges no submission or publication fees. The journal publishes two issues per year: January–June and July–December.

This achievement reflects the collective efforts of the editorial team, editorial board, reviewers, authors, supporting institutions, and the broader academic community. Asian Journal of Applied Economics (AJAE) ได้รับการตอบรับสำหรับการทำดัชนีในฐานข้อมูล Scopus

วารสาร Asian Journal of Applied Economics (AJAE) ได้รับการตอบรับสำหรับการทำดัชนีในฐานข้อมูล Scopus โดยมีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 23 พฤษภาคม 2569 ซึ่งนับเป็นก้าวสำคัญของวารสารในการยกระดับคุณภาพ มาตรฐานการเผยแพร่ และการมองเห็นของงานวิจัยด้านเศรษฐศาสตร์ประยุกต์ในระดับนานาชาติ

ภายหลังจากการได้รับการตอบรับดังกล่าว วารสาร AJAE จะดำเนินขั้นตอนที่จำเป็นร่วมกับ Scopus ต่อไป และจะแจ้งความคืบหน้าเพิ่มเติมเมื่อกระบวนการจัดทำดัชนีเริ่มต้นขึ้น

AJAE เป็นวารสารวิชาการนานาชาติที่ผ่านกระบวนการประเมินโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ มุ่งเผยแพร่งานวิจัยด้านเศรษฐศาสตร์ประยุกต์ที่ใช้ทฤษฎีเศรษฐศาสตร์ วิธีการเชิงประจักษ์ และเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์สมัยใหม่ เพื่อศึกษาประเด็นเศรษฐกิจในโลกจริง โดยให้ความสำคัญกับบริบทของเอเชีย ประเทศเศรษฐกิจเกิดใหม่ และประเทศกำลังพัฒนา

วารสารเผยแพร่ในรูปแบบออนไลน์ เป็นวารสาร Open Access และไม่มีค่าธรรมเนียมในการส่งบทความหรือค่าตีพิมพ์ โดยมีกำหนดเผยแพร่ปีละ 2 ฉบับ ได้แก่ ฉบับเดือนมกราคม–มิถุนายน และฉบับเดือนกรกฎาคม–ธันวาคม

ความสำเร็จครั้งนี้เกิดขึ้นจากความร่วมมือและการสนับสนุนของคณะบรรณาธิการ กองบรรณาธิการ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ผู้เขียนบทความ ผู้สนับสนุนวารสาร และเครือข่ายวิชาการที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงการสนับสนุนจากโครงการ TCI-TSRI-Scopus Collaboration Project (Phase 2) ศูนย์ดัชนีการอ้างอิงวารสารไทย (TCI) และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการยกระดับคุณภาพวารสารไทยสู่มาตรฐานสากล

AJAE ขอเชิญนักวิจัยทั้งในประเทศไทยและต่างประเทศส่งบทความวิจัยคุณภาพสูงเพื่อตีพิมพ์ในวารสาร และร่วมกันพัฒนาพื้นที่ทางวิชาการด้านเศรษฐศาสตร์ประยุกต์ในเอเชียให้เชื่อมโยงกับประชาคมวิชาการนานาชาติอย่างเข้มแข็งยิ่งขึ้น
